MY APPROACH

I firmly believe that for any therapeutic or pedagogical method to work, it has to be done with a humanistic and holistic approach. Many times, especially at the beginning of my work, I fell into the mistaken idea that what I propose in group sessions, whether for adults or children, was the only possible thing, since one studies something and wants to apply it, and see the result of that something. But this made me lose the present moment, the fluctuating energy of the space and that of the people around me. I have learned that in therapeutic processes we are companions, that learning is mutual. It takes a high dose of humility, flexibility and conscious listening to understand  the needs of those around us. Structure and order are important, but no more than the needs that people manifest through their energy in group or individual sessions, to achieve the goal it is necessary to always have an open mind and heart.
