Malena Hughet: Humanitarian Worker, Art Therapist, Researcher, Yoga Practitioner. Malena Hughet is a Peruvian Art Therapist, Researcher, Yoga Practitioner and Humanitarian Worker. In the last few years ( from 2019 to 2023) she has worked as a social assitant, cultural mediator and art therapist, in the recepction centers for migrants and refugees, of Bira, Lipa, Miral, Sedra, Borici, Usivak and Blazuj, in the cities of Bihac y Sarajevo, in Bosnia y Herzegovina for the International Organization Medecins du Monde. In 2016, she has worked as an art therapist in the reception centers for migrants and refugees in Gevgelija and Tabanovce in North Macedonia for the International Organization SOS Children Village. She is Co-author of the article "Case Study First Aid in Art Therapy and its liberating role in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Temporary Reception Centers for Migrants and Refugees", published for the scientific journal "Arte, Individuo y Sociedad" of the Complutense University of Madrid.
